After spending a day in Chicago with Mike Waxx (illroots.com) co-owner of PPC! Austin Neely and Mr. Waxx stumbled upon the RSVP Gallery. Which along with some extremely excellent clothes, neon pieces and various other items there was a cooler with what they assumed were milk cartons. Turns out it was water... in boxes.
